Dr. Jart Cicapair Tiger Grass Camo Drops Review with Photos

  • Dr. Jart’s Cicapair Tiger Grass Camo Drops Color Corrector has gained popularity on TikTok.
  • TikTok users love the base product for its serum-like consistency.
  • One editor tested the drops and was impressed with the results.

As someone who loves the “no makeup makeup” look, finding the perfect base coat for my skin has been a huge struggle. I want something that feels light, provides minimal coverage, and doesn’t exacerbate my acne. I’ve tried tons of different foundations and tinted moisturizers, but I’ve never really found a product that checks all of my boxes. However, thanks to TikTok, I might just have found the perfect product to complete my everyday look: Dr. Jart’s Cicapair Tiger Grass Camo Drops Color Corrector SPF 35 ($ 46).

I have dry, acne-prone skin so when trying out new products I have to be careful. I’m looking for products that won’t break me or make my skin worse. I heard good things about Dr Jart’s color correcting treatment from a colleague, but when I tried it in place of my moisturizer, I found it too drying for my skin type. Then when I heard that Dr Jart’s Camo Drops had a more serum consistency, I couldn’t wait to get my hands on them to test them out.

Dr. Jart's Cicapair Tiger Grass Camo Drops Color Corrector

Dr. Jart Tiger Grass Camo Drops are formulated with tiger grass, known to calm redness and soothe irritation. It’s also formulated with the brand’s proprietary Cicapair technology which includes a blend of moisturizing ingredients and anti-inflammatory antioxidants (like niacinamide and arnica extract, respectively). Camo Drops also contain mineral sunscreen with SPF 35.

As for the request, the process was straightforward. I finished my normal routine and applied my Vitamin C serum, moisturizer, and face oil. I then administered three drops of Camo Drops directly to my face and squeezed them onto my skin, which looked exactly like applying a serum. The drops are a light green color when first applied (I know, it’s wild), but the color quickly changed to match my skin tone, which was basically like watching a magic show. free.

Before and after using Dr. Jart's Tiger Grass Camo Drops Color Corrector

Immediately after applying this product, I knew it was going to be one of my everyday must-haves. It went extremely smoothly and I felt like I was completely weightless. It instantly melted into my skin and gave my skin the perfect “no makeup makeup” look. It didn’t completely cover the acne I currently have on my face, but it did a great job of evening my skin and covering the dark spots as well as the redness. Currently my skin tone is much lighter than normal since I haven’t been in the sun, but I hope this product will continue to work for me even when I tan a lot in the summer.

The product held up well all day and kept my redness under control for almost eight hours. By the end of the eighth hour I could see it starting to fade in some areas, but it wasn’t too bad. I had completely forgotten that I was wearing it until I looked at myself in the mirror before washing my face, which is a testament to the lightness of this product.

At $ 46, although this product is a bit pricey, for me it is definitely worth it because it is a multi-use product. It replaces my makeup base as well as my daily sunscreen, so I can replace two products that I use every day with one product, which is convenient and saves time.

I think this product is ideal for anyone looking to tackle uneven skin tone and redness without having to put on full base makeup. I also think this product is a great option for those who have tried Dr. Jart’s color correcting treatment but found the formulation too dry. I plan to use this product whenever I want a “no makeup” look or whenever I’m looking for very light coverage. I’ve read that you can layer this foundation on top of it for more coverage as well, so I’m definitely planning on trying that in the future. If you are looking for a product that is lightweight and offers perfect coverage, these Camo Drops are for you.
