1. Lavender Oil

Therefore, you can add it to a bath or diffuser as aromatherapy, add it to water to make a room spray or body mist or even make it into a body oil by mixing it with base oil.

2. Peppermint Oil

Peppermint oil is known for its anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and antimicrobial properties. It can help relieve headaches, fight fatigue, improve mood, aid digestion and have a good memory.

3. Tea tree oil

Tea tree oil is good for the skin and can help you get rid of acne and ringworm. To fight acne, take a few drops of tea tree oil on a cotton swab and apply it directly to the acne. In case of ringworm, dilute tea tree oil with a base or carrier oil and apply it to the affected area.

4. Eucalyptus Oil

Eucalyptus oil helps clear stuffy noses in the cold season. It can also help relieve pain and fight the herpes simplex virus with its antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory properties.

In addition to being added for flavor in various recipes, rosemary oil may also help improve brain function, promote hair growth, reduce pain and stress, and reduce joint inflammation.
