Keke Palmer on Plastic Surgeons Finding a Cure for Acne

Keke Palmer has always been transparent about her experience with adult acne and the avenues she’s exhausted in search of a cure.

In fact, in 2020, the Nope The star opened up about her diagnosis of PCOS (polycystic ovary syndrome) and the acne that formed as a result of it.

Well, in a video posted earlier today, Keke returned to social media in search of a solution to her skin issues, while jokingly pleading with plastic surgeons for not having one.

“Hello, y’all,” Keke said. “I was just thinking about how amazing plastic surgeons are.”

“They can do you breast work, over the muscle, under the muscle, liposuction, tummy tuck, BBL. They can even implant muscle.”

“I mean, the list goes on, but they can’t figure out how to lighten someone’s skin? Are you kidding me?”

Keke told fans she was “tired” and “done” with feeling this about her skin. After all these years and the inventions that have sprung up, Keke was baffled that surgeons hadn’t developed a way to take the “beautiful skin of [her] ass and put it on [her] Face.”

“Give us the plastic surgery we crave,” Keke wrote in his Instagram caption. “And making it possible for dark skinned people too…I need double love.”

She went on to say clearing up acne is what doctors should focus on instead of “finding the perfect diet” or “expensive facials” because that’s where the real money.

But despite her playful tone, Keke reassured fans that she was very serious about her plea: “I will put my house on the market to pay for it, no matter what…”

Keke, I hear you, girl! And I really think acne and scarring should be a top priority for plastic surgeons as well.
